𩞠Your Blood Work Tells a Story
Your blood work isnât just a list of numbers on a page.
Itâs a story.
A story about whatâs happening inside your body, where things may be out of balance, and what your body could be asking for.
Too often, weâre told everything is âwithin rangeâ and sent on our way, even when we know we donât feel right.
Thatâs where Your Blood Story comes in.
Iâve created a new way of looking at your blood work, digging deeper into the patterns and connections that can easily get missed.
Because ânormalâ doesnât always mean optimal. Your blood work contains valuable clues about mineral and electrolyte balance, iron status, and how your body is functioning.
Optimal health begins in the cells - and cell salts (tissue salts) mimic the 12 mineral salts that are our bodyâs foundational building blocks. Regular blood tests usually test these elements:
Iron - usually assessed with ferritin, serum iron, transferrin/TIBC and transferrin saturation
Calcium
Magnesium - not always included in routine blood work
Phosphate / phosphorus
Sodium
Potassium
Chloride
Bicarbonate - an electrolyte rather than a mineral in the nutritional sense
Our blood is a communicator, and when we know how to read between the lines, it becomes much easier to support our body naturally and correct any of those mineral imbalances that lead to poor health.
For example:
IRON
Blood test: Ferritin / iron studies
Example cell salt: Ferrum Phos
CALCIUM
Blood test: Calcium
Example cell salts: Calc Phos, Calc Fluor, Calc Sulph
MAGNESIUM
Blood test: Magnesium
Example cell salt: Mag Phos
SODIUM
Blood test: Sodium
Example cell salt: Nat Mur
Each person is unique; their blood work is unique and the exact cell salt protocol they need is âŠ. you guessed it, unique! But imagine something as simple as cell salts, doing the heavy lifting! It really can be that easy.
If youâre tired of being told your results are fine when you know something isnât quite right, this is for you.
