One of the things I love most about Homeopathy is how gentle and intelligent it is. It works with the body, not against it. But because of that, what you pair it with matters.

I get asked this a lot
“What else can I use at the same time?”
and also
“Am I doing anything that might be cancelling it out?”

So here’s a simple guide to help you feel more confident.

Modalities that complement Homeopathy

These tend to support the body without overriding the remedy’s action

Nervous system support
Think slow, grounding, regulating
Breathwork, gentle yoga, time in nature, meditation
These help the body become more receptive to healing

Nutrition and hydration
Whole, nourishing food and enough water
Nothing extreme or restrictive
Just supporting the body to function well

Bodywork
Massage, osteopathy, craniosacral therapy
These can help release physical tension and allow things to shift more easily

Emotional support
Counselling, journaling, talking things through
Homeopathy often brings things to the surface, so having a safe place to process is powerful

Low dose herbal or mineral support
Cell salts are a great example
They work on a more nutritional level and usually sit nicely alongside remedies

Things that can interfere with Homeopathy

This is where we want to be a bit more mindful

Strong herbal medicines or multiple supplements at once
High doses, lots of different things layered together
This can confuse the picture and make it harder to see what is actually happening

Essential oils in strong or frequent use
